Camsco continually upgrades and expands its manufacturing capabilities. Its unrivaled glass lab includes two professional wet glass saws, a diamond scribe saw and a glass blowing lathe and kiln. One of the few manufacturers to employ a highly-sensitive polariscope, Camsco can ensure that even the smallest glass fissure is detected.

Identification

One of the most important features of many of our products is the ability to support our clients with proper identification and labeling. Camsco has dozens of labeling and identification options, which can be tailored to each client’s needs. To that end, Camsco offers:

• A C02 laser for direct marking on steel, brass, Teflon and glass. The laser is also employed to fuse a ceramic amalgam appliqué on the surface of metal and glass tubes.
  
• Patented ceramic kiln-fired barcode decals withstand temperatures greater than 500°C and are virtually indestructible and chemically inert.
  
• Ceramic banding, ceramic sequential numbering in 6 colors.
  
• Several bar-coding options including ceramic, non ceramic high temp, ceramic mesh and regular duty labels available in various languages, at user-defined heights and widths. These can be ordered with 3 to 11 characters - either numeric or alphanumeric. Ceramic numeric and alphanumeric labels are also available without barcodes. Camsco can also custom produce any of the labels with your logo.

Without Barcodes

• Ceramic numeric and alphanumeric labels
• Numerics from 0-9999, alpha numeric ceramics are custom.
• Ceramic identification bands for tube segregation in red, yellow, green, blue and black.

Any labels can be customized with a client logo.
